Our beef lasagna is built layer by layer with Italian knowhow. Onion and garlic are gently cooked in olive oil till sweet and soft before we add prime beef mince and tomato. The sauce is layered with pasta sheets, homemade béchamel and gooey, melt-in-the-mouth mozzarella. Time and a gentle heat are all that’s required to bring the flavours to a bubbling crescendo. It’s no surprise that this continues to be our best selling dish.

We deliver this with our garden salad as a side dish and it goes perfectly with our Bigibila Harmony or Tulloch Tempranillo which you can add in our Drinks cabinet or in our Australian Wine Packs.

Heating Instructions

Pre-heat 180c – Remove the label and plastic lid from the lasagne, we recommend placing the lasagne on a baking tray as the contents will be hot when removed from the oven and the sauce can spill. Bake in the oven for around 45 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the top is golden. Once the lasagne has been removed from the oven leave it to rest for half an hour, this allows the layers to settle so you can lift out slices without it smooshing.  The garden salad just needs to be dressed with the vinaigrette provided and some salt and pepper if to hand.
